Villa With A View
This Southern European style villa with a spectacular 180° view of the foothills hosts an outdoor pool area with an encircling deck patio.
Bette Davis Historical
This one of a kind, 88-year-old historic beach front home was built for legendary film actress Bette Davis. The existing heating and cooling systems had to be completely replaced.
Out of Sight
One very discriminating homeowner desired all aspects of the INFLOOR radiant heating system and HVAC system to be exposed and accessible for service and display.
Remodel on the Bay
As often happens, we must preserve the unique design and architectural elements of the project. Since this was a remodel, the challenge was fitting the boiler, pumps, piping and controls in the mechanical closet that backed up to the kitchen wall.
Italian Villa
This project is a close approximation of a classic southern Italian Villa the owners came across while traveling in Tuscany. In addition to an infinity pool and guesthouse, the grounds are covered in 200 year-old imported Italian olive trees.
